Hi, it's Marcus from Ecological Intelligence. I'm going to give you a quick demonstration of our platform, EcoIntel, the Land Health System.

When I log in here, this is what you would see if you sign up for one of our free, no-credit-card-required accounts. You get access to our demonstration site. When I click into that, you'll see the data view is organised from an overview on the left, across an assessment section including risk and opportunity assessments, through our diagnostic approach, to actions on a field-by-field basis.

We've got a map to show you individual, scalable analysis and views of your sites, including topographic layers like summer and winter hillshade, which make it easy to analyse your site and understand different aspects of shading, of water flow and so on.

We've got a disclosure section, in which we take the data we generate from satellite and GIS sources and apply it to eight frameworks for all sites, plus an additional four frameworks for corporate ESG customers. These frameworks are how we help you disclose the state of nature, whether for voluntary or mandatory reporting or supply-chain requirements, all organised by the framework. So there is little effort required, unless you want to lift your levels. We can provide the satellite and GIS evidence for three of the eight frameworks, and if you want to go further we make it easy: we provide lift buttons, and when you click on them they tell you exactly what you need to do. You might need to provide a policy, or a reference to the minutes of a board meeting, or something that evidences how you are performing in a particular framework beyond the satellite and GIS data we collect for you. That is what the disclosure section is all about.

We've got a reports section, and in the demonstration account we show the reports across both our main customer profiles. Land practitioners, land stewards, land owners and foresters, who are focused on practical advice and on disclosing information to their supply chain; and corporate ESG teams, who are interested in gathering data towards their sustainability reporting. For those, we have an ESG-sustainability edition of the report, and a visual property atlas that gives you a range of map views of your site. All of it is available in HTML or PDF to download, always with an explanation of what you are seeing and what the analysis and assessment mean for your particular site.

I want to keep this short, and those who know me know I can rabbit on, so I'll wrap up within five minutes. I just wanted to focus briefly on the diagnostic section, which takes the view that you have to look at your site as a layer cake. Most people want to go straight to carbon; we show you how you first need to look at weather, climate, ecoregion and topography, to understand the lay of the land, and how your management, between sky and earth so to speak, makes a big difference to what happens to the carbon: how it gets there, and how reliable it is once it is there.

So the assessment starts with context, including human management ambitions and objectives. It then goes via the water cycle, because without the water cycle there is no life, and no point pursuing carbon if your water cycle is broken. We then look at the living systems, which rely on the context and the water cycle and which you have an influence over. The living systems are what leaves behind the carbon and leads to productivity. And then we break that down into a field-by-field performance view.
