EcoIntel is currently in alpha development. The platform, website, and all associated services are under active development and testing. Access during this phase is provided exclusively to participants in our Founding Members programme.
Founding Members acknowledge and accept that:
- The system is powerful but is still in an early stage of development
- The platform may contain significant bugs and known defects
- Data outputs, scores, and assessments have not yet been fully calibrated
- Features, methodologies, and outputs may change substantially without notice
- No service level agreements (SLAs) or uptime guarantees apply
3. Not an MRV System
EcoIntel is not a Measurement, Reporting and Verification (MRV) system. The data, scores, maps, and outputs we provide are indicative information for illustrative and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:
- Verified measurements
- Certified reports
- Validated assessments
- Auditable data for compliance or regulatory purposes
Our outputs should not be used as evidence or documentation for any regulatory, legal, financial, or compliance purpose.
4. No Professional Advice
Nothing on this Website constitutes:
- Professional ecological or environmental advice

5. Data Sources and Methodology
Our ecological data, scores, and assessments are derived from:
- Satellite remote sensing (including Sentinel-1, Sentinel-2, and Landsat imagery)
- Publicly available datasets (including government and open-data environmental records)
- Modelling and algorithmic analysis developed by Ecological Intelligence Ltd
Limitations You Should Be Aware Of
- Resolution: Satellite data has spatial and temporal resolution limits. Fine-scale ecological features may not be captured.
- Currency: Data reflects conditions at the time of satellite acquisition. Ecological conditions change over time and may differ from what is shown.
- Accuracy: All scores and assessments are modelled estimates. They have not been ground-truthed at every location and may contain errors or omissions. During the alpha phase, the system has not yet been fully calibrated and outputs may contain significant inaccuracies.
- Bugs: As an alpha-stage product, the platform may produce erroneous outputs due to software defects.
- Completeness: Our data does not cover all ecological parameters. Absence of data does not indicate absence of ecological value or risk.
- Context: Scores and metrics are relative indicators and should be interpreted within their stated methodology, not as absolute measures.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide this Website and all associated data, scores, maps, and reports on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
